We switched our technical support to New Point when it first became “live”and we have been given superior service since that moment. The staff is knowledgeable, and we are glad to be able to work with a crew that knows our equipment. Efficiency is key for both New Point and us, and I don’t feel like we’re spending money to spin our wheels.
